For the price, it’s a decent hotel in a decent location, but don’t expect anything above average. The rooms are clean enough, though not spotless. I dropped something on the floor and looked under the bed, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned there. We had two rooms, and one bathroom had an overpowering smell. The sewage system or ventilation needs attention. I’d also have liked the staff to show more interest. When we checked out and said hello and that we were leaving, the receptionist just said “okay.” Hospitality is part of the job.

The breakfast, served at a nearby Restaurant, was delicious, and the staff were warm and welcoming. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The location and surrounding area are a real gem. I had a 10/10 stay and will definitely come back.

I love this city and hotel, and try to visit every year ❤️ The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the food is delicious, and the spa is relaxing. If you’re looking for a proper rest, this place is perfect. Everyone should try the spa treatments at least once 🌿✨ There are two restaurants, and both are worth trying. At Magnolia, don’t miss the Khinkali Soup ❤️ It’s a must!

The balneo/spa is excellent. The medical staff are highly professional, helpful, and friendly, and the hotel is good. The restaurant is another story: the food is awful and well below average in quality. It was the same food for two weeks, and the staff weren’t friendly.

Tucked among the park's old cypress trees, this is a lovely spot for some peace and quiet. The balneological center, with its natural warm spring baths and wellness treatments, is only about 50 meters away.
