The hostess really made this stay. She served delicious breakfasts, and the place was spotless, so it felt like home. The guesthouse itself is quiet and cozy, with lovely grounds and a great view. It's close to the center and park, with a lake nearby and Tetra Cave not far away. A wonderful place to stay in Tskaltubo!

This is a warm family home, a great way to experience Georgian hospitality. The hosts lead sightseeing tours, and airport transfers are available. The spring is a 10-minute walk away, while the market takes about 15 minutes on foot. Rooms are clean, breakfasts are made to order, and there's a handy kitchen and cozy dining room. White and red wine and homemade chacha are always available in the kitchen.

We were happy here as a family and plan to come back next year 😊. There's a lovely lake right next door, and the sanatorium for treatments is a 7-8 minute walk away. The guesthouse is surrounded by beautiful nature, and the comfortable, clean rooms had everything we needed.
