The hotel arranged a minivan for us at a very reasonable price, and the driver was polite and cheerful. With Wi-Fi during the five-hour ride, the trip was entertaining. I'd recommend booking a taxi through the hotel to avoid the hassle of being cheated. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. It's a small, cozy hotel with neat, clean rooms and attentive, pleasant staff. Breakfast was simple but tasty. We had a wonderful, pleasant, relaxing stay.

The bed was comfortable, the lobby was clean, and the Wi-Fi signal was good except in the basement restaurant. Breakfast was included and served at 9 a.m., with sausage, egg, bread, tea, and instant coffee. It took a while for the hot water heater to kick in, but it did work. The owner only speaks Russian, though we managed to communicate just fine. The hotel was nice and clean, and everything looked relatively new. I recommend it.
