We really liked the spacious, spotless room and its garden view, and the veranda had a lovely outlook too. The hosts were so warm and welcoming that we felt at home. It's close to Kutaisi center and an easy walk from the beautiful botanical garden, which is worth visiting. Don't skip their tasty, healthy breakfast.

There was a friendly cat who came by twice and slept with us. The family were so kind and hospitable, and the room was clean and pleasant. It's not far from Kutaisi center, and the place is welcoming to animals.

The verandas look out over the mountains and Bagrati Cathedral, and the hotel is surrounded by subtropical plants, including date and banana palms at the entrance. There's a 24-hour grocery store right beside it, plus a greengrocer's stall just to the right of the gate with fresh fruit at reasonable prices. It's near Kutaisi's historic center, where the old buildings are still there and give the area its old Georgia feel. The hosts are friendly, happy to chat, and glad to offer advice. Inside, the cozy, homey atmosphere makes it easy to relax.

The hostess was great, and the renovated room had lovely views of the garden and Kutaisi. I was glad to find firm mattresses and crisp white sheets. The downside was the dogs next door, barking and howling until 3 a.m.
