The yard was such a peaceful place to relax, and the home was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the clean, cozy rooms. The beach is only about a 3-minute walk away, and everything we needed was nearby. You could really feel how much care went into making us feel at home. Thank you for the kind, warm hospitality. I was visiting Georgia from India for the first time and had a wonderful stay at Green House Ureki. The rooms and facilities were clean and well looked after, and the friendly staff made me feel at home as a first-time visitor. The hotel is right by Ureki beach, just a few steps away, so it felt peaceful and refreshing, especially with the area's unique magnetic sands. It's a comfortable, clean choice by the water, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Georgia. I'd definitely come back.

This is a family-run guest house, not a hotel, and it doesn't provide food or drinks. Some photos of another hotel seem to have ended up in the Green House listing because they share a GPS point. There is a fridge in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen nearby, and plenty of tables in the garden. The house was the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Jakob met us at the station and took us to his cozy, super clean house, about 50m from the sea and just down from Cafe Mari, a modest-looking but fabulous restaurant. Jakob, his wife, and their son Zander, who spoke perfect English, were a lovely family. They also took us to the bus station and made sure we got to Kutaisi safely. We would have been pretty stuck without them. They're super helpful and friendly hosts, and I can't recommend this place highly enough. Fantastic.
