The calm setting by the beach and pine forest, outside the center of Ureki's heat, was a nice place to stay. The hosts were kind and welcoming. The building felt brand new, with a Scandinavian style to it.

Just a couple of minutes on foot, around 100 meters, and you're at the sea. The quiet atmosphere also made it easy to get away from the city's bustle. We loved our stay: the owners were so welcoming and attentive that it felt like being at home. The food was fresh, delicious, and made with care. We'll definitely come back.

The room was cold, and we weren't given proper blankets, so our night there was unpleasant. The mattress was hard and springy too, which made sleeping uncomfortable. In the bathroom, the shower and toilet had no partition or curtain between them, and that was very inconvenient. The hotel itself did look like the photos, but our stay was still a negative experience. The staff came across as indifferent and superficial, like we were in the way. After we posted a polite, subjective account of our experience on Booking.com, the hotel wrote to us indignantly and threatened to file a complaint. That ruined the experience completely. We were calm, reasonable guests, just being honest about how things went. It's a shame they responded that way instead of communicating respectfully.

The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the beach was an easy walk away. I visited last summer, and everything was wonderful. The khachapuri was delicious, and the food was nicely presented.
