The food, room, and view were okay, but the start of our stay was frustrating. We arrived to use the room we’d reserved on booking, only to be told it was no longer available. They put us in a different room for the time being and said we could move into the reserved one the next day. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, with a welcoming, family-like feel. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Ureki. We’ll be back in the off season for sure. See you soon!

It was a pleasure staying with such hospitable hosts and staff. They replied quickly whenever we had a question and were always accommodating. The sea is right across the road, shops are close by, and there’s a restaurant at the hotel.

This was our third stay at this lovely, peaceful family-run hotel, and we’ll be back again. It’s sunny, has friendly staff, comfortable rooms, a kids’ yard, parking, and a tasty restaurant. The famous therapeutic magnetic black sand beach is just a two-minute walk away. What makes it special is really the people running it and the high standards they keep. Highly recommended.

We had a nice dinner at the restaurant even though half the menu was out of stock. Then the manager came out and tried to chase the dogs away with a taser. I’ve never seen such disregard for an animal’s life.
