The dining room had a welcoming feel, a nice spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. The staff were kind and attentive, and the hotel's food was the highlight for me. You could tell the ingredients were good, and each plate looked excellent. Dinner had a varied menu, mixing local dishes with international favorites, all prepared with care and great flavor. The pork shashlik was especially memorable. I had a fantastic stay at GNS hotel!
The rooms are smaller than the photos suggest, so don't rely on those pictures. The breakfast was less than simple despite what may have been promised about food at real prices, and the basement dining area had no working air conditioning. The reception and hall also lacked working AC, though the air conditioner in the room worked fine. There were no glasses or water in the room, while the cleaning lady did come each day, surprisingly. I believe the staff were trying their best, but the customer approach was lacking. A horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.
The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the staff were kind and very friendly. It's on the main street, with the beach just a five-minute walk away ☀️👍
