Roma deserves a special thank you. He pays attention to every guest and tries to make everyone happy. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and the clean, comfortable rooms and homey atmosphere made my stay wonderful. I enjoyed every moment, would love to return, and highly recommend it.

We came here just to have dinner, since we weren’t staying at the hotel, and we’re glad we did. The food was delicious, nicely presented, and served in generous portions. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and polite. We had a great evening, thank you. Definitely recommend this spot.

The place has a cozy feel and the menu changes. The male waiter was attentive, but I can’t say the same about the young female server. Her unwelcoming attitude completely spoiled our family dinner on vacation. In hospitality, staff shouldn’t look down on certain guests or show personal favoritism. Ignoring or disrespecting regulars who spend a lot there every day is unprofessional. More training, respect, and basic professionalism would make a real difference.

I’m reviewing only the restaurant, where I’ve eaten several times. We tried the Georgian salad with walnuts, gazpacho, odzhakhuri, shashlik, and khachapuri. The food was good, the prices were reasonable, and the service was good too.

Roman, the manager, and the whole team deserve thanks for the good service and organization. We stayed a few nights in a room facing the sea. Everything was fine, and I’d highly recommend this small, cozy hotel.
