We were the first to reach the caves in the morning, so staying here was worth it. It's a five minute walk to them, and there's a good restaurant across the street. Our host was friendly and welcoming, and the room was quiet with a very clean bathroom. He made us a decent amount of tasty breakfast and even brought fresh grapes. The balcony has a great view of the caves. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend this beautiful place.

The rooms are clean and simple, so bring your own personal amenities and don't expect anything fancy. For a budget stay, it's a good option, especially near the Vardzia Cave Monastery. There's plenty of parking. The welcoming woman told us about nearby activities, including the Sulfur bath and Nun Monastery. Breakfast was available for 15lari per person and was good.

Just a five minute walk from Vardzia caves, this guesthouse has a great view of them and a good restaurant right in front. The hostesses were polite and friendly. There are clean rooms, shared sitting and dining areas, and a pleasant garden with a pool, which happened to be empty when we were there.

Breakfast was delicious with a view of the historical site of Vardzia, served in a bright 50's vintage dining room. The rooms were light and very comfortable. This beautiful, peaceful family hotel has a warm, simple welcome.
