ibis Styles Tbilisi Center

We were pleased to get a very nice upgrade to a suite. The room was quite large and the view was amazing, though the layout wasn't great since the bathroom door opened straight toward the bed, and the bed itself was too small. The Wi-Fi was good and stable. The hotel's best feature is its central location, close to everything. We walked everywhere during our five-day stay and didn't use public transport. It was cold in the room most of the time, with 2 degrees outside. The AC may not have been working properly, or the room insulation may be poor. The service didn't feel warm or friendly either. At the restaurant, where the food was very good, the waitress didn't know how to apply our welcome drinks. She asked to photograph the vouchers and my member card with all its data, which could let her access my account now. I'd never come across that procedure. We would absolutely stay again.

The staff helped make this an easy, enjoyable stay. Nikoloz was especially friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with what you need but nothing over the top. Breakfast was really good too. ibis Styles Tbilisi Center is ideally placed near Freedom Square for walking around the city. I liked it and would definitely come back.

Anastasia and Giorgi made the stay special with their attentive, professional manner and real care for guests. They went out of their way to make things feel just right. The hotel itself was comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. I'd love to return.

Free coffee without limits was a nice perk for a coffee lover, and the internet was very fast everywhere. The hotel has a lively, colorful feel, and I felt safe even walking alone at night. My room was small but clean and bright, with a large glass window for the sunrise and a nice view. They cleaned it and changed the towels daily. The receptionist was always smiling, friendly, and accommodating, and they let us check in early. The location worked well, with easy access to malls, the metro, banks, restaurants, and cafes. The buffet breakfast was good, though most of the choices were the same throughout our five-day stay. There was no water in the room, so we had to use the dispenser near the elevator on each floor.
