The landlady is kind and speaks good English. The rooms are cozy and nice, in a quiet setting, and the tools and utensils are handy. I recommend this place to everyone.

Ruden, Tamuna, and Levan feel like family to us after four stays at the "Giorgi Apartment" in the last six months. Their warmth and the excursions they can arrange have given us a real taste of Georgian hospitality. The apartment is right in the center of the old town, and the hosts are always ready to help with anything. Whenever we're in Tbilisi, this is the only place we want to stay. We can't imagine a better option, and recommend it to anyone planning a trip. Dear Ruden, Levan, and Tamuna, we're coming back for the fifth time. See you soon, our dears!!!๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ

For a fairly small price, we got a two-bedroom apartment with all the amenities, and the hosts welcomed us warmly. They met us at the airport and even gave us some money to get started, so we wouldn't have to rush to exchange offices. The apartment is in the old town center, with all the sights within walking distance. A great place to stay when visiting Tbilisi, highly recommended.
