The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was great, and the washrooms were neat. I went for the buffet lunch at this African themed hotel, which is well located between the airport and Accra. The food was quite good, though I’d have liked more variety and bigger portions. The live grill had chicken, calamari, and veggies, all very good. It was a nice visit, and I’d come again.

Martin, our driver, took great care of us during our business trip from Kenya. He was punctual, knew his way around, and made sure we got to our engagements in Accra comfortably and on time. The African Regent Hotel team made the stay smooth from arrival onward. Management and staff were warm, professional, and efficient, and everything was well organized. We enjoyed the hospitality, service, and attention to detail. One of my best hotel experiences, and I’d recommend African Regent Hotel to anyone visiting Accra. Kudos to the whole team!

In Accra’s upscale Airport West neighborhood, this boutique hotel is only minutes from the international airport. Its “Afropolitan” look brings together African-inspired design, contemporary comfort, and warm hospitality. There are elegant rooms and suites, a lush poolside area, a lively restaurant and bar, plus amenities for business and leisure travelers.

The buffet was delicious, and the lobby and bar are lovely places to hang out and have a drink. One night there was a pianist, and I listened for hours. We had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to the friendly staff and an amazing manager who went out of the way to help us deal with flight trouble.

I ran into a few problems at the start of my stay, but management dealt with them quickly and came up with a solution that really helped. The staff were attentive and professional, and once things were sorted I could enjoy the rest of my stay. I appreciate the team’s effort and hospitality.
