The apartments are comfortable and have a washer. The location is great, with restaurants and local shops within walking distance. I can definitely recommend it.

The reception staff at The Gallery were very friendly. They found me another room, but it cost three times what I’d booked, which I couldn’t afford. Their kindness is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. I booked Serenity through Booking.Com’s official app, but when I arrived late in the evening, the host wasn’t there and didn’t reply to my messages. I was left with nowhere to stay in a foreign country in the middle of the night. This wasn’t The Gallery’s fault, but the fault of the agencies that work with them. With the building staff’s help, I finally reached the host, who said the room had been booked by someone else despite my Booking.Com reservation. If you plan to stay in this building, I’d recommend viewing the property and picking up the keys before check-in. That may be difficult for international travellers.

Do you allow six people to stay in one room for just one day if they pay 800?

The washroom had a really strong smell, and the bedsheet in my room was stained.
