After ten years away from Ghana, coming back felt heavenly. The team here understands hospitality. I had a good conference, and Cindy was professional and kind to our group. She checked on us regularly and even let us know when she was leaving. I’ll always recommend her. The hotel has WiFi, spacious, very clean rooms, and an executive bathroom where you can take a warm bath and relax.

The service is great, and it's a hotel I'd happily stay at again. We did run into some minor bureaucratic issues, but they were sorted out without any prolonged trouble. Staff have different strengths, so regular customer service training would help keep their knowledge up to date.

The location was good, and the road network to the hotel was fine. The bed was very comfortable, with ventilation that suited the space, and the AC was okay. Service was okay too, especially at the Oasis bar. My first stay in a Ghanaian hotel gets four stars.

It was quiet enough to sleep well and get work done during my business meeting. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hospitality was five star. Everyone I met was smiling, and the staff went the extra mile. I'd definitely recommend it in Accra for business or a family visit.

At Alisa Hotel in Accra, I found the food met international standards, and the relaxation areas were pleasant. The staff were attentive, and the service quality pleasantly surprised me. My room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. It was easy to mix business and pleasure during my stay.
