The building is in a pleasant, safe area, with an ATM, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant right there. It also has two beautiful pools, a great gym, a basketball court and table tennis. Cephas deserves a special thank you. He’s a kind, professional gym instructor who’s always helpful to everyone there. The apartments are modern, practical and well equipped. This was one of my best travel experiences, and I can’t wait to return.

Diamond in the City in Accra was a wonderful place to stay, whether for work or leisure. The sleek, modern look made a strong first impression, and it felt like a luxury retreat as soon as I arrived. My apartment was spacious, thoughtfully designed and well appointed, with a great level of comfort. I’ve just spent a few nights here and would highly recommend it.

The place is lovely and sits in a beautiful part of the city. Reception was great, especially Mr Francis and the other gentlemen on the evening shift. The cleaning team could use some improvement. When I asked them to return later so I could get ready to leave, they were a little pushy about wanting to clean right then.

I’m never staying here again. I had one unpleasant experience after another, and I hate this place. As a foreigner, I was only going downstairs to the supermarket to buy groceries, but the security guards treated me very rudely. They chased customers away and spoke loudly, as though we owed them money. It showed no awareness of how service should work. The service overall was appalling, and customer service was terrible. The company needs more well-mannered staff. This was really disappointing.
