We had a pleasant four-night stay with our family of five, and the customer service was good. The staff went out of their way to help with our baby and young children. It's right in the city center, which made for a really good location.

The rooms were clean, and the staff paid close attention to things. The price was good too. I was visiting Accra for the first time, and the location had lots to do nearby. I'll definitely stay again.

My wife and I are from the UK, and we liked it enough to extend our stay by a week. It was nice meeting the owners, who are from the UK too. The staff were great, the place was very clean, and their hospitality went above and beyond. Thanks for having us, 5 🌟

The area was so peaceful that we got a really good rest. The room was very good for the price, and it was a quiet place overall. Breakfast was a little sparse, though tasty, and the staff were always ready to help.

I was disappointed with this stay. The hotel had no Internet for two days, and when I asked for a receipt, the manager refused. He said Booking.com's fees didn't include VAT, so I'd need to pay extra to get proof of payment. It came across as an attempt to avoid tax, and it wasn't the transparency or fairness customers should get.
