Breakfast was limited and poor, so we tried it once and skipped it after that. During our two-day stay, we got one 750ml bottle of water on day one; on day two we were told each bottle cost GHS 5. The room was uncomfortable because the AC barely worked, and the WiFi stayed weak and unreliable. Staff blamed our phone for not “capturing” the signal instead of fixing it. We’d arranged airport pick-up when booking, but no driver showed up. When we asked, we were told casually that the driver wasn’t available, with no warning or alternative. At check-in, I also agreed with the receptionist that the hotel would provide a ride to the airport at checkout because the pick-up hadn’t happened. The next day, a male staff member was dismissive and unhelpful, and the promised drop-off was denied with the same excuse that no driver was available. Their changing answers were frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in Accra for work or a holiday. The hotel didn’t deliver the basic services it had promised.

The reception team were warm and professional, and the hotel sits in a peaceful residential area. It felt especially quiet and relaxing.☺️🫡🤗

Getting food delivered or finding a rideshare was difficult because the location isn't registered with Google. That should be the minimum if they want guests to find the place. The hotel does cook food on site, but the chef has no regular schedule and may turn down an order whenever they feel like it. I had to change rooms because the plugs worked. The listing says there's a kitchen, but it was only a sink, cabinets, and a fridge that didn't work, with no way to cook or warm food. Breakfast was included, though one morning I was asked to pay for a drink. The room phone was out, so I had to use WhatsApp. The internet failed about 85% of the time, and I missed work deadlines because of that. I hope they take these problems seriously and improve.

The proprietor and his wife were welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. The rooms were cozy, and breakfast was nice. I got a warm reception.
