Flora Legacy Apartments

A month here was a mess, especially with the unreliable WiFi and water. Even though they advertise a water reservoir, we still went without water for as long as 5 to 6h at a time. The gym had just one working machine and no weights. They also claim there's a washing machine in each room, but it took 20 days to get one that worked, so we had to wash the bedsheets by hand. Service to the apartment was only once a week, and we had to buy basics ourselves, including plates, cups, utensils, and garbage bags. The photos show only one unit, and many of the units are incomplete. Guests were kept there during construction, with noise and interruptions to services. The other reviews are either fake or outright lies. This apartment shouldn't be hosting guests. If you're traveling from abroad, don't rent here. It's absolutely not worth the price.

Staying at East legon Flora legacy apartment would be something I'd do a thousand times if I had that life. The apartment is dope, the management is classic, and Maude is especially stunning at customer service and dealing with people. She's understanding and someone you can think things through with. It's also close to everything, with all the major places not far away.

I posted a review yesterday and it was erased. I believe they're actively removing reviews that expose their fraudulent practices, and that's a serious breach of public trust. Please don't pay them any money. The authorities need to get involved. Beware.

It's a serene and beautiful place, but management hasn't maintained it well. It needs repainting and some technical repairs.
