If you order a cake, expect to chase them every day just to make sure they're tracking the order. You may also have to wait at least an extra hour for it. The person handling orders is consistently unhelpful and keeps saying they need to check with someone.

At Frankie's ice cream today, I wanted six scoops for my two daughters and asked the woman to split them into two servings. She said that wasn't allowed because they count the cups. I even asked if bringing my own cups would let her divide them into three scoops each, but she still refused. I offered to buy an extra cup too, with no luck. In the end, we left without any ice cream. What bad service.

I went to the shop to buy sausage rolls. Just as one attendant was serving them to me, another came over and said someone had called to reserve all six. It was humiliating.

The cozy ambience made my stay really enjoyable, and the service was up to par. For the price, it was worth every minute. Recommended if you're in Ghana, it felt like a home away from home!
