I only stopped by to visit a friend who lives nearby, but I have to ask: with the hotel being so popular and listed on Google map, why doesn’t it help fix the road? It’s in very bad shape. A business in the area could pitch in to improve the road around its vicinity, which would benefit the hotel too since customers wouldn’t have to struggle to get there. After all, the road is called Elizabeth Road... My mind though...

Customer service is good, but they’re understaffed and the rooms need renovating. I had a bad experience with the leaking AC in my room. They should also try to provide a key card for each door.
