We booked and fully paid for the pool area for a party on a confirmed date. In the weeks beforehand, we kept checking that the pool would be cleaned and ready, and management assured us it was, even the day before. But when we arrived on the event day, the main pool was obviously dirty and green. Management still claimed it was clean, though the kids’ pool beside it looked cleaner. We had to make do and go ahead with the party. Staff also disagreed among themselves about our arrangement. We’d been told the pool was exclusively ours for the day, but another staff member challenged that, causing needless back-and-forth before we could start. The changing rooms weren’t in good shape either and need attention. We did still have a good time, but that was because we made the best of things, not because the facilities met our expectations. The environment is decent, but maintenance, communication and service need significant improvement.

The room was spacious, but it had lots of mosquitoes, and the toilet seat wasn’t attached, so my niece fell into the toilet. There were no shower curtains either, smh. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again. We paid 600 cedis for a room that cost 590. The night receptionist said to come back in the morning for our 10 cedis change, but she didn’t tell her coworker they owed us. It’s the principle of being honest. Maybe she would’ve gotten a big tip, but no. Also, the night receptionist needs to answer the phone properly. She’s very slow to respond.

I’m still waiting for the 190cedis I paid for my stay on 4/08/25. Weeks have passed, and this delay is unacceptable. I wanted to speak with the owner directly because the workers don’t seem able to handle it, but I’m still waiting. I’m tired of calling the hotel, which is why I’m posting here. Please process my refund immediately before I take further action. I’ll stop here for now, but if I don’t get a reply here, I’ll share my full experience publicly. Thank you.
