I paid for a booking, then had to cancel about 30 minutes later for reasons beyond my control. They refused a refund, saying payment was final, and wouldn’t let me use it on another date either. Their refund policy is harsh, customer care is zero, and they were very nonchalant. In 2026, how can you refuse refunds? The workers seem untrained and lacking in experience. Please avoid this hotel. Judging by the other reviews, I doubt they care about negative feedback. The owner’s reply says someone else booked for me. Yes, that’s true, but if that person needed to contact them directly, they should have told me. They didn’t. The staff told me there were no customers that day, so they couldn’t return my money and fill the room with a new customer. They didn’t turn anyone away. That’s a lie, and what they’ve said publicly is untrue. I asked to speak to the person in charge and was told you were out of Accra. Contact the customer to clarify before putting half-truths out there. Leave your number or email so we can talk. That’s how to handle an issue, not with this unprofessional response. Please avoid this hotel.

It’s a really nice hotel where anyone can lodge and have some peace. Their service is top notch, and they serve breakfast, lunch, and supper. Come try it.

The room was in poor shape, with dated furniture, an AC that didn’t work properly, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Staff were unresponsive when I raised concerns and brushed off my requests. The front desk seemed annoyed by questions, and when I had a billing problem, their attitude was downright rude. I tried several times and was patient, but nothing got resolved. Between the shabby facilities and terrible service, the stay was thoroughly unpleasant. I strongly advise looking elsewhere, somewhere your comfort and needs are valued.

Everything seemed fine until checkout. I feel management deliberately left the arrangements unclear, then charged me for an extra day. My wife had told him my flight was late and I wanted to leave before 6, and that we’d pay for a half day. He agreed, then went back on what he’d said.

The room was roomy and really quiet, and the staff were polite, always greeting me with a lovely smile. It’s a great spot for getting around Accra without hassle. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return next time I visit Ghana.
