The hotel was clean and new, and the staff were courteous and professional. Randy was especially patient while I considered other hotel options, and he persuaded me to stay. There’s an airport shuttle too. I’d come back and recommend the place.

The GM and management are making a real effort to move beyond the Holiday Inn group’s negative reputation. They listen to guest feedback and act on it right away. People have been polite and humble, with the kind of Ghanaian hospitality that’s made this my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Accra. Service staff could use more guidance on how to handle guests. And restaurant staff, a smile goes a long way when you’re talking to guests.

The food was good once it finally arrived, and the venue was generally clean. Still, as a conference location it fell short for me: service was poor, parking was far too limited, and staff weren’t helpful. I wouldn’t choose it again.

It’s near the airport, with free rides both ways, and the staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel itself was very nice, but it felt overpriced. My room had no hair dryer, the soap dispenser was empty, and flushing the toilet sent a lot of water onto the floor even with the lid down.

The airport is close enough to walk to from here. Everything was clean and nice, and the staff were wonderful. I’d definitely recommend it.
