KoKo Palm Inn

The outside area was lovely, and the location is an ideal distance from the airport. It’s quiet and elegant, with fantastic service and really good breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast and dinner were full of flavor and clearly made with care. Whether I was relaxing in the common areas or talking with staff between adventures, it felt like being with family. My first trip to Ghana, and to Africa, became unforgettable thanks to staying at Koko Palm Inn. I felt safe and at home from the moment I arrived. Liz, Liz, Albert, Daniel, Missy, and Derik, thank you for being kind, attentive, and so genuinely welcoming. Every interaction felt personal. And special thanks to Jeff, the owner, who puts his heart into this place. You can feel the care behind it. If you’re visiting Accra, especially for the first time, I highly recommend Koko Palm Inn. I loved every minute of my stay and will definitely come back for more. The rooms were neat and comfortable, the environment was serene, and the reception and customer service were top notch. One of my best moments.

We found the location pleasant, in a newly developed neighborhood, and since we used taxis, getting around Accra wasn’t much of an issue. Breakfast was average to good, enough if you don’t need much variety. Koko Pulm is decent and the service is good, though the glowing ratings feel somewhat exaggerated. It isn’t a hotel, so don’t expect daily room service, regular water replenishment, or the usual in-room hotel facilities. Noise is the main drawback when other guests are around. The walls are thin and sound carries easily. Also, unlike many places in Accra, they don’t provide airport transfers. Suitable for a short stay of 1-2 nights, but I think there are better options for a longer visit.
