There was plenty to keep me entertained outdoors, since I enjoy nature and birding, and the grounds were nice. My room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good overall too. It was a nice stay, though the location isn't so great if you need to be near the airport.

Not bad, but if you need WiFi for business, forget it. It's basically non-existent and terrible. I called IT and it made no difference. They need a Business centre like they had when it was called yhe Golden Tulip.

The trip had been pleasant until I found out that getting the breakfast I'd already paid for as part of bed and breakfast delivered to my room costs GHS420.00. What about guests who don't want to eat in the restaurant? Why is delivery so expensive? Is that what room service is supposed to mean? I've stayed at about 5 different hotels in Ghana and never heard of this policy. I've been to Lancaster (Kumasi) and didn't have this experience there. They only charged the room service charge.

The New Year's Eve event was a real letdown. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it at all. There was hardly any choice of juice or drinks, the food selection was awful, and the atmosphere they set up for the night was a mess.
