The charges were the worst part. They used a conversion rate of 13 GHS to the dollar and turned a $204 stay into a $242 charge. From the ads to checkout, it was disappointing. I booked a room with a balcony, but was told availability meant I couldn't have one. Management seemed to have an excuse for every failure. The rooms also looked much less impressive than the photos. Avoid this place, especially for a long stay. It isn't even worth walking through.

The rooms were dirty on both my first and second visits, just two days apart. The staff seemed careless about hygiene and were quite unprofessional.

Our four-night stay was peaceful, and the surroundings were clean and comfortable. The reception was nice, and the customer service was full of empathy. Rosemary was especially helpful, and so was Mike. My family and I enjoyed staying here, and I'd recommend it to anyone, anytime.

I booked this place for a visitor, but we left within a few hours. There were mosquitoes in the first room, and the replacement room had them too. The walls and floors were dirty, and there wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If the owner sees this, please have the workers checked.
