My room was clean and actually pretty good, but the service was awful. The front desk staff were rude when we raised a WiFi problem, and management had no fix or backup plan. Some generous Ghanaian colleagues shared their hotspot so we could contact home and get some work done. I wasn’t impressed.

I didn’t stay overnight, so this is based on five days attending a program, from 7 am to 6 pm each day. I used the restaurant, conference room and washrooms. The local food at the restaurants was nice, and the front desk team seemed professional and ready to help. The location is great, but in my opinion the interior could use a facelift and some modernization. At first I found it strange to see a female cleaner in the men's washroom. Maybe that’s normal there, or perhaps it only happened once.

The setting and view are nice, and the pool is great. WiFi was strong and fast as well. Worth every penny.

I teach swimming and have used the pool here. It’s impressive, spacious enough for a good number of people, and the water is consistently clean. The attendant is strict, but friendly and easy to work with, and keeps the area neat and organized. I haven’t tried the food, so I can’t comment on it. The men’s changing room is decent, and the washroom is clean and comfortable. It’s a great place for a well-maintained pool.
