Paloma Hotel Ring Road Central

My first stay here went really well. The service and hospitality were very good, and I'd like to come back again.

I was heading back to my hotel when I stopped by Paloma, hoping to catch a live football match at the Champions Bar and Grill. I found out the bar has been closed since the COVID-19 pandemic, but we could still watch the game on a TV in the hotel's bar area near the gardens. The outdoor space wasn't in the best shape, and there was a bad smell from the guttering. Still, I relaxed with a couple of beers and enjoyed the match. The staff were courteous and friendly. It seems like a decent, budget-friendly place that does the job.

The basic facilities weren't available, so it wasn't worth the money.

I enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent. The food tasted good and was reasonably priced, so I'll definitely go back. I only wish my goat stew had less oil and that someone had offered me water to wash my hands, since I wanted to chew the meat from the bones. I didn't ask, and the pieces weren't small enough to eat neatly, so I had to leave some meat behind.
