We were there for about two weeks, and the staff were so friendly. They answered our questions and sorted out problems quickly. The price is another reason I’d recommend the hotel. There’s even a rooftop.

In Osu, Accra, this place offers luxury at a very affordable price and is close to interesting places to visit.

The rooms are generally clean, and the showers work well. Some rooms have no windows giving guests a view of the street, which takes away a lot from the experience despite the great location. I find the restaurant colors depressing, though breakfast is okay.

The maintenance and service issues made my two-night stay difficult. In Room 206, the phone didn’t work, and the bathroom light and heat went off at dawn. I had to ask before receiving any Akwaaba water, and there were no complimentary tea items or tissues on the table. I also didn’t like the laundry policy: guests have to ask for fresh sheets on the second day, and for longer stays they’re only changed on the third day. Wi-Fi disconnected each night and had expired by dawn on the second night, even though checkout was at 12 pm. I’m still waiting for the front desk staff to sort it out.
