There are lots of great restaurants nearby, and the place itself is really nice 😍. Josen is such a friendly, efficient property manager, and management is quick to help whenever something comes up 👌🏾.

The building is well designed, and the surroundings are beautiful.

The washing machine is the one thing I liked. For what these units cost, the place feels unfinished, dusty, and unattractive. The tiles get dirty easily, the bathrooms don’t ventilate well, and the decor is dull. Amenities still aren’t complete, yet the prices are premium. Even the front road hasn’t been fully paved, and the bare white hallways look like a dorm or detention center, with holes, scratches, and patchwork instead of artwork. There are frequent problems throughout: power can go out three or four times a day, water outages last for hours each week, hallway lights work inconsistently, the elevator is slow or under maintenance, and Wi-Fi has weekly issues. The balcony doors can apparently be broken into while locked, and maintenance knows how to get into apartments that way. Security guards are often asleep when you return after midnight. The management company feels dishonest. They charged me for dust under the TV, and I’ve heard of clever ways they find to take money. The units are badly overpriced for what you get. I wish someone had warned me, because a visit to see the unit wouldn’t reveal these problems. Look elsewhere for a place with more integrity. It’s not worth the cost or the hassle.
