The fan helped a little, but I’d paid for air conditioning and wanted either a working unit or a room change. The attendant said his boss wouldn’t allow a change. When I asked to speak to the boss, he was dismissive and offered only a standing fan. He also refused compensation, saying he’d never given it before and wouldn’t start now. I wouldn’t book here if comfort and peace of mind matter to you.
The reception was poor, and there were two cockroaches. The water wasn’t running, the sockets didn’t work, and the AC only blew air. Worst guest house I’ve ever stayed in.
It’s a beautiful place, though I haven’t stayed overnight, so I can’t say how much you get to enjoy the facilities.
A nice place, though the gym isn’t operating anymore.
The place is airy, and the customer service is the best.
