I don’t understand how you can reserve a particular room for an important guest days in advance, then say it’s no longer available when it’s time to pay. You had told the person payment could be made the day before or on the day itself. Maybe it was a commercial strategy, but to me this is incompetence.

They charged my card twice and then refused to refund me. They promised a refund, but blocked me on Whatsapp. Thieves.

We stayed for four nights in December, and the customer service was impeccable. Breakfast, an airport shuttle, a swimming pool, and a quiet location made it an exceptional stay. We’ll definitely come back, and I highly recommend it.

It was my first visit to Ghana, and the staff at the Congress Hotel made me feel very welcome. I had five-star service, the food was great, and the rooms were comfortable. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Ghana!

We held a conference there and were allowed to bring in our own decor. The owner handled things professionally. The food was great, and the workers were outstanding at serving on time. We even got free access to the pool 😃.
