The apartment is very dirty, and they don't clean it. The bedspread and pillows are dirty too, and the AC never works. The water isn't treated and could cause skin infections. Nothing broken ever seems to get fixed. The workers are nice, but the manager is rude and insults you over even a simple complaint, calling you names. She's nice when you first arrive, then within a few hours her bad behavior starts showing. This was the worst place I've slept in Ghana, and the service was the worst I've experienced.

The place has plenty of space, but the rooms get very hot because the AC often has problems and the fans don't work well either. The pillows and blankets smell, and the tiles and stairs are dirty. The manager was the worst part of my stay. She insulted and badly disrespected me, then refused to fix my broken AC. I regret paying to stay here. I'm usually good at recommending places, but I won't recommend this apartment. I'd rather pay for somewhere that gives me value and understands customer service.

I decided not to book the apartment because the manager's lack of empathy scared me. I asked her for pictures and she didn't send them. When we spoke on WhatsApp, she was aggressive and not calm at all. I don't recommend it.

Dirty stairs and corridor, and a manager who was disrespectful, rude, and completely uncouth. Not suitable for any kind of stay.

Using their service wasn't a pleasant experience, as they seemed mainly focused on getting their commission. Be vigilant when dealing with them and OFIE S C PROPERTY LIMITED.
