Gullivers Travel Hotel

The grilled Tilapia was a highlight for me, and the food overall was okay. Some staff tried hard to make our stay comfortable, but communication between them needs to improve. Requests made at reception sometimes never reached the person who needed to handle them, or were passed along incorrectly. There was also a problem with the key card for the door, which was irritating, though they eventually fixed it. One morning we had no water, and in general I felt staff only responded after a firm complaint. The rooms are average, and equipment needs checking to make sure it works. There is no laundry service. The hotel is decent, but I don't think it's worth the price, and it seems somewhat mismanaged.

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I really liked the restaurant service. The bartenders and waiters were calm, approachable, and well dressed. I was impressed, and hope this can become my usual place to meet friends.

Though it's right by the roadside, the location feels a bit tucked away. I liked the meals and the relaxed feel of the inner lounge. A nice place for meetings or catching up with friends.
