Axim Beach Resort

Prince at reception was the best. I had the time of my life and hope I can visit again.

We called the place “Angelina” after the lovely, generous waitress who looked after us the whole stay. I think about our last visit every day. The setting feels like paradise, and as someone who loves nature, I loved being surrounded by it at every turn. The service, room, and housekeeping were all great too. Can’t wait to go back.

It’s such a peaceful spot for relaxing or a romantic break. Waking up to the sea breeze and having coconut water by the shore helped me unwind on vacation. The beds are really hard, though, and could use replacing.

The view from our room was beautiful, and I enjoyed my four days at Axim Beach resort. I also had no complaints about the meals. A few things could be better: the WiFi was weak and barely worked outside the room, and the rooms could use an upgrade. The curtains made them dark during the day, so translucent ones might help. Booking wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The receptionist didn’t share much information, and sometimes the background noise made it hard to hear. I’d also suggest reconsidering the extra room service charge. My mother couldn’t physically make the trip down to the restaurant, and charging extra feels unfair to people with health issues. Still, it was a good trip, and Philip, the manager, was helpful and pleasant.
