The heater didn't work, the neighborhood was noisy, and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the executive room. For the peace you're looking for, this doesn't seem like the right place to relax. Save yourself the stress.

The service was good, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful.

The bathrooms were my biggest concern at other resorts I've tried in big Ada, so I was pleasantly surprised that this one was cute and reasonably clean. The place was well kept and seemed close to matching those other resorts. There is a food menu, though I'm not sure they'll have Banku for a midnight snack.

The compound is spacious and the hotel feels up to international standards. The front desk staff were nice, and the rooms, toilets and towels were all neat. Otherwise, this would have been a five-star stay, but the disturbing incidents ruined it. I checked in at night hoping to sleep well before an 8am meeting. Around 9pm, someone tried to force my door open without knocking. I didn't open it and felt unsafe, so I had a bad night. About ten minutes later, he came back and knocked softly. I asked who it was, but got no answer. I called the front desk; someone came upstairs, but the person had gone. The knocking started again after 5am. I called the Manager, who sent the front desk to investigate. Later I was told it was one of the builders sleeping upstairs, while the top floor was still under construction. He had been cautioned. 🙄 Then, after my two-day stay, I went downstairs to find dried concrete mixture splashed over my car body and windscreen, with more concrete work still going on. I quickly moved the car elsewhere in the compound. The Manager offered to have it washed, but I preferred to take it to a car washing bay. Now there are scratches on the body. Hmmm, an anticlimax to what had otherwise been a comfortable stay.
