I left after being shown the third room, and I believe I should get a refund. None of the three rooms seemed livable, and they didn’t look like the rooms shown online. In the first, the bathroom was filthy and there was a huge hole in the sheet. The second was a little better, but still dirty. The third was somewhat better too, though the bathroom sink had no running water. When the man opened the shutoff valve and turned on the tap, brown water came out. I had checked in and been shown all three rooms, but none was acceptable.

We arrived around 1 a.m., and were told we had to leave at 10 a.m. on 19-20th October 2025. Nobody explained this to us until after we had paid, which was really bad. The room was small, the bathroom dirty, and the workers wouldn’t listen or try to understand. I’m so disappointed and angry that even one star feels too generous. I’d tell people to avoid this place. If you want somewhere worth your money, trust me, this isn’t it.

The lady was nice. Getting into the shower meant stepping up, though, and that would be quite difficult for someone with mobility problems. It’s also a fair distance from the tourist attractions, even though the booking site made it seem closer.

I didn’t realize I’d left all my jewelry behind until I was halfway back to Accra. The people here were very honest and sent every piece to me by bus delivery.
