Blue Sky Hotel Ltd

The food was the biggest letdown. Orders were often wrong, and the meals seemed to have been made without care. Tables had visibly dusty cutlery and glasses, and some glasses brought to us were dirty. Cleanliness in general was below standard, especially around the dining area. Our room was spacious, but maintenance was a serious issue. A lamp had no bulb, and exposed wires by the bathroom light looked unsafe and unprofessional. Staff were polite, though service was only decent and they seemed overwhelmed or disorganized. The internet barely worked, maybe 10% of the time. Whenever I asked, I got the same response, “We have internet challenges,” with no solution. Sky Blue Hotel had a few redeeming qualities, but the maintenance, food, and unreliable internet made the stay unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend it or return.

The pool needs better cleaning and maintenance, and the access road and general accessibility need work. Customer service and response times also need improvement. Staff often seemed overwhelmed by guests’ requests and orders. I’d rate the hotel as average.

I’d give it a 3. The food service needs another look. The hotel itself is nicely built, with spacious rooms and decoration that meets a good standard. One suggestion for management: tile the wall around the room entry bell so it doesn’t get dirty quickly and need frequent repainting.

I was surprised by how lovely the place looks now after all this time. The new buildings have modern structures and facilities, including a gift shop, gym, pool, bar, rooftops, and a nice playground. Check it out when you need a place.
