Bays Villa Apartments

I found the place quiet, and the kitchen, hall, and dining area were clean. Staff were friendly and quick to respond, taxis were easy to get, and the location was easy to find. The bed was uncomfortable. I also only noticed by chance that there was CCTV in the kitchen, without having been told in advance, while I wasn’t dressed in a way I’d want to be recorded. The water heater could cut out during a shower. My final charge was much higher than the Booking.com estimate because they used an exchange rate of 12.3, while the bank rate that day was around 11.2. If you’re staying a while and booking through Booking.com, budget carefully.

The apartment was lovely and very clean, though it’s outside the center, so you’ll need a taxi to get there and back. Staff sometimes shut off the water, which gets annoying, but they turn the motor on if you ask. It’s alright.

I had a great night there. Eunice at reception was such a gem, calm and so well mannered 🥰. I’d recommend it a hundred times, you won’t regret it.

With top notch customer service, Bays Villa feels like a perfect hideaway and a home away from home.
