The hosts were generous and kind, and the staff were excellent, including the friendly, professional security team at the gate. We also used the personal laundry service, which was convenient and very reasonably priced. Our two-bedroom apartment at Baffour Apartments was spotless, nicely furnished, and equipped with what we needed. It had a lovely courtyard and stayed naturally cool, so we barely used the air conditioning. The location is central and close to attractions, a grocery store, and restaurants, but the apartment is on a quiet paved road. The area felt safe, clean, and pleasant to walk around, with a real neighborhood feel. We liked it enough to extend our stay from four nights to five. Highly recommended.

We stayed Monday to Friday as a family of four, and the apartment was dark and dirty. I found dirty dishes in a kitchen drawer, there were spots and stains on the sheets, and they only provide one towel. Thank goodness I'd brought my own. The only real plus was being close to town. Service was poor. We arrived an hour early but couldn't check in without paying an extra fee. When we ran out of toilet roll, we were charged 5 cedis for a replacement. They said there wasn't enough Wi-Fi for the cameras, and we'd only be able to browse. The connection worked for about half an hour total, then showed "no network." The mosquito nets had holes, so opening the windows meant getting bitten on my face overnight. They need professional cleaners, new linens, working lights, and better customer service staff who are trained properly. They should also change the toilet roll and Wi-Fi policies and be upfront about them. I wouldn't recommend this apartment.

The apartment was nice, but the staff were a nuisance and don't seem suited to hospitality. We discussed the extra cost for a late checkout and paid 400 ghc. After that, the reception manager kept harassing us to leave, saying the charge had been made and we had to go. We weren't given time to pack properly, and she was capable of insulting us. I found her very irritating.
