The rooms at Crystal Rose are spacious and well furnished, with clean washrooms and modern features like a stylish kitchen. It’s a comfortable, welcoming place in a peaceful setting.

The location is good, but the hostel service is poor. Getting prepaid cards is difficult, so you can be left without electricity for a while. The washrooms are in bad shape and especially cramped.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time. It’s a nice place, but the rooms aren’t all alike. Some look much nicer than others.

I lived here for three years and liked the freedom. Management was poor, though, and I had to cover the cost of every repair, maintenance job, and installation in my room. The freedom is the reason I’m giving it two stars.

The porter is a great guy, and the place is affordable, but you have to pay for everything. Repairs can take management a very long time to consider, and even then, you’re the one who pays. Maintenance is poor.
