Larosa Executive Guest House

The location is great, but service was poor. The only worker I found respectful was Charlotte. The bathroom had insects crawling around, and I was given just one towel for an 8 day stay. I had to ask for toilet paper twice. Workers seemed to be on their phones all the time, even while attending to me. They need hospitality training. I'm sorry, but those were my observations.

I was here for a 5-day workshop some months ago, and the conference room had enough space for about 80 participants. The guest room beds were comfortable, with a choice of air conditioning or ceiling fans, and there was 24hr security. The free wifi couldn't really handle more than 30 people at once, and I wasn't happy with the washroom. Its water systems need upgrades to work effectively.

The rooms are spacious, with WiFi, hot water, and air-conditioning. It's a really lovely place, and if you're from Europe or the US, it will feel like home. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

I was impressed enough to ask for a tour of the whole facility, and it is very well built. The infrastructure looks made for a larger hotel, so I hope they expand. I'll definitely stay here again whenever I come to Kumasi. The hotel in Accra where I'd stayed previously, which they called good, doesn't compare with LaRosa. They charged the same price, but barely had running water. I haven't been to Ghana in a very long time, and this place left a strong impression. It's better than most 4* hotels I've been to in Europe. I've never stayed anywhere else with a cinema system in every room that includes sports and movie channels. I love this hotel. It has everything you need: WiFi, incredible security, comfortable sofas, and very spacious rooms with comfortable king size beds. Each room has a flat screens LED TV with sports and cinema channels, plus a soundbar for an even greater experience. The powerful air conditioner is ice cold and super quiet. The hot water is very hot. There's also a large conference room with a massive 4K TV and incredible sound system that makes it a great cinema room. Keep going Ghana 💪 🇬🇭.
