Macoba Luxury Apartments

The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, helping with check-in and our luggage, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were a group of seven visiting Kumasi, and the trip began badly: late at night, we found that the AirBnB we'd booked looked nothing like its photos. After we called The Macoba Luxury Apartments on a recommendation, the owner personally arranged a vehicle to collect all seven of us from the wrong place. He stayed on the phone to make sure we were safe while his team came to get us. That quick help turned a stressful situation into a huge relief. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and its location near the Kumasi Mall made shopping, eating out, and getting around convenient. When we left, the staff arranged our airport transportation too, which took away the travel stress. We left feeling grateful, rested, and cared for. With the genuine hospitality, helpful team, and great location, this was a wonderful place for our group to stay. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I can't imagine finding a better place in Kumasi, especially when travelling with a group.

We were stranded at an AirBnB that had misled us. At 2 AM, the staff came to pick us up and checked in me and eight other travellers. The rooms were great, and the service was excellent. Thank you!

The supervisor, Edwin, paid close attention and took care of everything I needed. The rest of the staff were just as helpful and amazing. My room was neat, with full air conditioning and hot running water, and the apartment exceeded what I expected. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. If you're visiting Kumasi, I'd recommend trying these lovely apartments.

The quiet atmosphere and thoughtful service made Macoba Hotel and Apartment a great place to relax and recharge. The rooms were spacious, clean, and arranged for comfort. From the time I arrived, the staff's warm welcome made me feel at home, and the care they showed exceeded my expectations. I had a memorable stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place. I can't wait to come back.
