The staff were very friendly, from the manager and receptionist to the cleaners and chefs. They responded quickly and paid attention to requests. The restaurant was neat and the food was very good. I also liked the paintings and decor, and the evening music area. But the washroom was a real letdown. The toilet and bath looked like they hadn't been maintained for a while, and there was a damp smell. The toilet paper was nearly gone, which made me wonder if the room had been cleaned since the previous guest. I had booked and paid in full a week earlier, and they knew my room number. I called the front desk for more tissue, and they brought it promptly. I took pictures of the toilet and bath. The shower worked fine until the morning I left, though I managed. The bedroom had been sprayed with freshener and smelled good, but there was dust on the bed arm and cobwebs by the bedside table. It didn't seem properly cleaned before I arrived, despite the week they had to prepare. The balcony was a little dusty too, with gecko droppings, but they cleaned it when I asked. I would have loved the stay and considered coming back if my room had been cleaner. Good service matters, but so do cleanliness and comfort. All the best.

I agree with Travis' review. When I was there last time, the sheets and towels weren't clean and looked as if they hadn't been washed. Please don't slander people who leave reviews. This is a chance to improve the service. The staff member who helped me was very nice, though.

The rooms and washrooms are cramped, even the ones described as big. Our room wasn't properly cleaned, and the sheets and towels still looked unwashed after I asked for clean replacements. There were mosquitoes all over the room too. We pay to stay somewhere comfortable when we're away from home, and this place didn't meet expectations. Cleanliness needs to be kept up. I stayed for just one night, and I don't know where the claim about a music video came from. Before replying to reviews, please check your records. If you can't take criticism and expect people to visit without knowing what the place is really like, this probably isn't the right business for you. Correct the problems, and make sure you know who wrote what before accusing people of lying to protect the hotel's reputation. I was only telling the truth.

The rooms are fully air-conditioned, with DSTV channels you can choose yourself, and some have balconies for fresh air. There’s breakfast service, and the rooms feel romantic for a date. They also have a hot tub. A classic place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

I booked and paid for the entire stay through booking.com with friends, but at checkout I was unexpectedly told to pay again in Ghana cedis. The hotel manager said they had no business with booking.com. If you stay here, bring extra Ghana cedis to avoid a surprise.
