The staff are noisy and disorganized, and the lobby and dining area have no air-conditioning. It gets unbearably hot. Don't go, you can get better service elsewhere for the same price!

The linens were dirty, but the front desk wouldn't change them because housekeeping had left for the day. We asked to move to an empty room instead and she refused. We also spotted a bedbug and looked around for signs of an infestation, but didn't find anything. I still won't stay here again.

We had a really nice stay. The rooms were neat and the customer service was very good.

The local dishes were my favorite part. The soups tasted so good. The location is nice, though the managers seem more focused on entertainment than the conference facilities. Housekeeping needs serious training. They'd clean the room but forget to leave water, or move the luggage carrier and leave it in some random place.
