We spent a few days in the beach house in mid March, and it was such an inviting place. The garden was lovely, with the beach and sea just a few meters away, and the house had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel safe and welcome while also giving us privacy when we wanted it. There was plenty to do nearby, but doing nothing at all felt just as good. I could simply relax and enjoy being there. I'd never before been at the beach in the middle of the night, and I've never seen such a clean beach in Ghana. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ayikoo beachhouse to anyone who loves nature and the sea, but also wants comfort and a break from stress, crowds, and obligations. Three days was enough to send me back into the bustle of Accra feeling full of energy.

A lovely private beach, with a village close by that's worth visiting on a guided tour. You can lounge in hammocks, swim in the sea right outside, and enjoy the pleasant year-round temperature. The house is simply furnished but has everything you need. There's also a nearby restaurant run by Dutch owners with a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Highly recommended.

We spent a really happy time at the beach house. The kids had a great time playing in the sand, swimming, and exploring around the house, and the weather wasn't too hot. After a swim, we could relax in the hammock or a beach chair in the garden, right by our own stretch of beach under the palms. We walked to the nearby village for a few basics and watched the fishermen come back with their catch. KO-SA is an easy walk along the beach and a great choice for dinner. Thanks for everything! When I'm in Ghana, I try to get here for a chance to unwind under the coconut palms. It's a great escape from Accra, with the beach right there. The owners are very helpful, too. If you're looking for a nice beach house in Ghana, this is the one I found.

The kids could spend all day exploring here. They loved making campfires and catching fish at night by shining a torch over the water, which made the fish jump. There's the sea out front and a lagoon behind the house. It's a lovely place, with a great house that has everything you need, beautiful beach, and friendly, honest people around.
