The AC didn't work in the hot weather, and at first they didn't seem to care. Then they asked me to move to a lower-category room and spoke to me very rudely, basically saying take it or leave it. I checked out straight away. Nothing was good about this hotel, and one star is too much. I wouldn't recommend anyone visit or stay here.

The rooms were clean and neat, but the restaurant has limited food choices. I asked for Indian food, and their chef never showed up.

I've stayed at Royal Nick Hotel in Tema, Ghana, for the past few years and have seen clear improvements across the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food is consistently good, and I was glad to find Indian food available on request. It's affordable and good value for money. They're clearly working to improve the guest experience, and I look forward to staying again. Highly recommended!
