Really bad experience, not even worth one star. I ordered food from the restaurant and many items worth 480 Cedis were missing. Then, after sending 150 cedis in cash, they wanted 15 cedis for the exchange. I don’t recommend them at all. That was rude, they should be professional.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, always doing more to make the stay comfortable. My room was spotless and well appointed, with a stunning city view. I had a fantastic time at Vienna City Hotel Tema and highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

We stopped in for lunch and had a lovely time. The ambiance was beautiful and the service was great. The beach is lovely too, and it's a nice stop for people coming off the Cruise who want to enjoy the view. Free wifi is available.
