Lemon Creek Hotel Resort

Our top-floor room, nearest the beach, had a balcony with a sunset view. The ceiling had cove lighting that flashed through several colors. The property is right on the beach, with a large pool, a restaurant, many buildings, and huge trees and gardens all around. It all seems to need maintenance, though.

Huge pool and very friendly, capable staff. There was also a sign saying, "do not feed the monkeys".

The grounds are spacious, and the hotel feels very authentic. The ocean sound was soothing, the view from my room was picturesque, and the beach was only a minute away. I also met a really cool, helpful person nearby and made friends. The people on the beach were nice, and the staff were friendly. The pool area with sunbathing space was nice, the rooms were clean, and the place offered luxurious comfort with delicious food. I wish breakfast had more variety, like pancakes, more fruit and vegetables, and salad. Sometimes the pool takes longer to clean, though otherwise it's fine. Air conditioning is available for a fee, but I didn't find it necessary. It could even feel chilly under the sheets, so an extra sheet for the blankets would be useful.

The location was convenient, with everything we needed nearby, and the staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely caring. Our room was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay at this excellent hotel. I only wish breakfast had more variety.
